All members are required to attend the Annual General Meeting unless exempt from participation.
Following the formalities of the Annual General Meeting, you are invited to stay for dinner.
Board Elections
As a result of the invitation to members to nominate to for one of the three vacancies on the UHC’s Board of Directors, we received four nominations by the close by date which included:
- Heather Alvanos
- Carly Richardson
- Kelly Upton
- Laurice Younge
As we have received four nominations for three member director positions we are required to have a confidential vote at the Annual General Meeting.
